It's true...there are some really good days too. Today was one of those days where I got a lot done. So I'm feeling like I actually accomplished more than just taking care of the kidletts. The kids were very helpful and good today. We actually had a lot of fun today without too much fighting. We read lots of stories, played outside at the park and in our back yard, cleaned the yard up of toys and leaves. I cleaned the whole house, everyone got a bath, kids down at 8:00 for bed, checked my email, blogged a bit. The only thing I'm missing from my wonderful day is my husband. He left for work this morning at 7:30 and won't be home until 10 or 11pm. What a trooper. He is amazing! Besides missing him, today couldn't have been much better, and I am so thankful for that. The lord knows how much we can handle, and I think I was at my breaking point. It's nice to know we can always count on Him to help us when we are having a hard time. It's also nice to have great friends too, who give a little encouragement. So thanks guys!

I feel for ya! When Brad is harvesting the potatoes and grain I feel like a single mom for a couple months. I know your such a great mom though!
I'm glad you're better. I have been freaking out so much lately, too. I feel like everyone is way ahead of me. Having kids, houses, etc. Yesterday was my breaking point. It's so nice to not feel alone. I just came home and after bawling for about an hour I read my scriptures and was so grateful for the gospel. You are such a good mom and friend. Thanks for your honest blog that made me feel not so alone.
Kara, trust me when I say... you are not alone! You are doing all the right things and trying your best and even with that we get pushed to our limits. I agree with you that the Lord knows our limits though and sometimes we just have to get pushed to the very furthest so we can learn how to be even better. I know you are such a sweet, loving and fun mom... don't be too hard on yourself!! Thank you for sharing these posts... it reminds us that we're not alone as mothers as we experience this journey of motherhood.
xoxo
